Emerson Fittipaldi
Timex has previously made three limited edition timepieces in honor of the 1972 and 1974 Formula One World Champion Emerson Fittipaldi. The first was based on a Timex Rally M25 with a checkered flag right underneath 12 o’clock as well as the Brazilian driver’s name and accomplishments above the 6, and a tachymeter bezel. The two models that followed were a Timex Electric and a Q Timex Quartz, both sporting a basic illustration of his racing helmet and “Emerson Fittipaldi” on the dial.
