Rotary

Rotary Watches Ltd was founded in 1895 by Moise Dreyfuss in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Family members began exporting watches to Britain in the 1920s, which eventually became Rotary’s most successful market. By 1940, Rotary was the official watch supplier for the British Army and eventually became a household name in the UK. Today, Rotary is owned by Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Limited with its headquarters currently based in London.

British Racing Motors

Rotary Watches sponsored the British Racing Motors Formula One team in 1977, officially entered as Rotary Watches Stanley-BRM. The company logo featured prominently on the blue, white, and gold liveried BRM P207.

In December of 2023, Rotary unveiled the Chronograph 1977 P207 Limited Edition as a tribute to the historic sponsorship. The color scheme of the timepiece mirrors the livery, with the iconic P207 appearing on the lower sub-dial. The commemorative timepiece was limited to 207 pieces.
